Patch 8.0 - Notes
New Spin-off Class
Vandar - Lux Ascendant

Ascendant is a spin-off class in which the potential of light manifests within Vandar, who hails from Mistland.
He fights with light-element skills built on ancient martial arts.

When those martial arts are honed to their absolute limit, Vandar reaches a state known as Lux Ascendant, strengthening his base stats and his main skills.

As always, Lux Ascendant has been tailored to fit Infinity Nest. Be sure to try the new class in game and see his power for yourself!

Sovereign Weapons

Following on from our last custom weapon set a year ago, we're glad to bring you a new set this year.
You'll find it in the [Merchant Pania] shop, and you'll need a new currency called Sovereign Crystal to claim the costume weapon.

Sovereign Crystals are acquired the same way Singularity Weapons were, through our Providence Box.
The drop rate is exactly the same, and you can also obtain one once the box reaches its pity, much like the Singularity Core. The pity will be a 50/50 between a Singularity Core and a Sovereign Crystal.

We're planning to add more custom weapons in the future, so expect to see a few more!
Dragon Vault
This patch includes the monthly Dragon Vault rotation.
Summer Splash

Marine Set

Limited Time Discount
- Providence Boxes will be on a temporary -25% discount until further notice, take this opportunity to open boxes and get more bang for your buck!
Sigil Rotation
The Umbral Sigil rotation has concluded, and it's time for the next one.
The currency for this rotation is the brand new Ethereal Sigil.
Please note that any remaining Umbral Sigil has now expired and can no longer be used. Hopefully you spent it all before the switch!

With this rotation, the entire title line-up has been replaced with brand new ones.
All material prices have returned to normal. On top of that, materials from Trial of a Hero have been added to the shop at half price.

General
- Final Damage overcap and Critical Damage caps have both been raised.
- Stage entry and level weighting have been adjusted, so dungeons scale better in correlation to the Labyrinth difficulty level and the expected gear score.

Dragon Vault
- Price reduction for character Style items down to 375 IC/CC each.
- Infinity Warranty Seal from 7.5k IC to 5k IC, bundle of 5 from 37,500 to 25,000, bundle of 10 from 75,000 IC to 50,000.

- Professor K
- Gigantes Nest
- Trial of the Forgotten
- Black Blade Vaseraga
- Typhoon Kim and Frost Typhoon Kim
- Volcano Nest
- Daidalos Nest
- Blade of the East
Gear, Enhancing and Materials
Similar to how Patch 7.0 was, the three sets of Rune Dragon Gear: Berserker, Unyielding, and Mystic sets are deprecated. You must convert them using conversion hammers at Blacksmith Corin. Rune Dragon weapons themselves are still relevant though. Older variants of TN Runes also require conversion.
Gear
- Saviour and Champion gear have had their stat distribution restructured.
- A set bonus has been added to Saviour armour and accessories.
- Champion defensive jades have been adjusted.
- Enchant drop tables for Saviour and Champion gear have been updated.
- New weapons have been added, along with new Dragon Jades and a matching jade slot type.
- New enchant entries have been added for certain Hero's Journey gear pieces.
- Fixed a set of rare conversion wings that were not converting correctly.
Conversion and Hammers
- Conversion hammers have been added to the Blacksmith, so current 7.X gear can be carried across to the new gear.
- U-Grade conversions have been added.
- New Saviour's Upgrade Hammers have been added for Helmet, Chest, Gloves, Shoes and Necklace.
Runes, Ark Powers and Crests
- Divine Rune crafting cost reduced from 10,000 to 5,000 Faded Beads, and from 200,000 to 100,000 Gold.
- Divine Runes acquired from this patch onward carry a Seal Count of 2.
- Ark re-roll costs have been severely reduced across the board, and a third tab has been unlocked for Rune gear.
- Green Dragon Nest drops used for Ark re-rolling have been increased tenfold.
- Vigilant Crests now extract into Vigilant Insignia instead of Guardian Insignia Seal.
- A (825) Vigilant Crest Selection Box and Vigilant Insignia have been added.

System
- Day and night cycles have returned to Calderock Village.
- When the game's own background music changes, whether by walking into a new zone or entering a dungeon, a small card slides in showing the track name and, where we have it, the original composer credit. This can be toggled off in the System Settings menu.
- A music jukebox with radio player has been added to the game. You can locate the new button next to the F11 Dragon Vault (bottom right corner).

Our own music Jukebox that also include a live radio from various stations that we've setup.
You can freely listen to any tracks that we have in the list, overriding the current set BGM in town. Or if you prefer a Radio, we have quite a bit of choices that you can freely tune into.
Free RGB Hair and Eye Colours
The dye tabs in the Cash Shop now open a full colour picker instead of a fixed swatch list.
- Pick any colour for hair and eyes, not just the preset ones.
- Two-tone dyeing gets its own side-by-side picker so you can set both tones and see them against each other.
- Your character preview updates live as you drag, and an Apply confirmation stops accidental changes.
- This is free, in game, and does not consume a dye item.

- Conversion costume presets menu is now added to the game.

By interacting with Magical Costume Mirror, a new window called Costume Preset will pop up.
It'll let you make multiple presets, and name the preset yourself, so that whenever you wanna change your looks, it's only 1 click away.
- Auto Enhancement is now added to the game.

Ticking the Auto Enhance box, marked in blue in the picture, opens the new Auto Enhance window marked in red.
Set your target level under Stop at level, and set your spending limit under Gold floor.
The game will then keep enhancing until it either reaches your target level or runs out of the gold you set aside. Materials work exactly as they do in normal enhancement, so if you run out of them the process stops there, even if you still have gold left and haven't reached your target level.
Enhance Odds Panel
The Enhance window now shows you the actual numbers before you commit.
- Success chance, break chance and the level-down range for the next enhancement levels, all displayed up front.
(PVE) Class Adjustments
The following job skills have been adjusted.
[Assault Crash]
- Skill animation has been sped up slightly.
- Skill endlag has been reduced.
- Rage Cost has been increased from 5 > 20.
- Skill damage has been increased by 42.86%.
[Earthquake]
- Skill endlag has been reduced.
[Class Mastery]
- Fixed a description error where ATK was listed as 5% higher than it actually is.
- Removed the line stating that ATK is increased by VIT, as that effect does not exist in the current build of the game and the description was therefore incorrect.
[Punishing Swing]
- The Fracture debuff no longer stacks with other sources of Fracture.
[Thrill of Battle]
- Health restored per hit taken has been decreased from 8% > 6%.
[Impenetrable]
- No longer grants a Regeneration effect on perfect timing. It now acts as a counter or parry, with a successful intercept performing a strong leaping slash instead.
- The description now states clearly that it does not work against unblockable attacks.
[Circle Break]
- Cooldown decreased to 7s. (Only at max level and +1s).
[Ring Bombs EX]
- Cooldown decreased to 7s.
[Class Mastery]
- Bubble duration increased from 30s > 60s.
[Punishment EX]
- Input leniency has been added to the Crow Storm follow-up, so the transition is far less strict.
(PVE) Fixed Issues
The following job skills have been fixed.
[Flying Swing]
Fixed Lv.20 and Lv.21 dealing less damage than Lv.19.
[Crow Storm]
Fixed Crow Storm failing to trigger on right click after Guillotine Cross.
Other Fixed Issues
- Fixed Gear Master and Physician brooches not being obtainable from Jackal's Soul Core.
- Fixed a crash that could occur on certain maps.
- Corrected several item entries carrying the wrong rarity, grade, level requirement or description text.
- Fixed hover highlighting on list-style windows not clearing properly.
- General UI polish across several windows.
Coming Soon
- Black Dragon Nest is still in the oven. Gear, jades, weapon coffers, the Golem encounter and the Dragon's later phases are all in testing.
- Saint Haven Saviour has been picked back up and is being built out.
- Groundwork has been laid for further nest content beyond this patch.
- Daily rotation for Lucky Zone maps.
