After careful deliberation, we have decided to reset the gold economy in Infinity Nest. This is not a decision we made lightly, but after reviewing the value of gold— or lack thereof, it is clear that a full reset is the best path forward. This reset is a necessary step to ensure that gold becomes and remains a meaningful currency in the game.

Over the past eight years, the game has evolved significantly. Many changes have taken place, and with them, we’ve seen the accumulation of items that are no longer obtainable, dormant accounts holding massive amounts of gold and resources, and a highly imbalanced economy. These factors have made it increasingly difficult for gold to retain its intended value and purpose.


Here's what to expect:

All current gold balances will be set to zero

This includes gold in your inventory, storage, mail, and market. Existing gold vouchers will also only be worth 1 copper each.

At the time of version 7.0 maintenance, all items in the trading house will be unlisted, so make sure you remove all items you want to keep beforehand.Gold & HT Burn Event Shop

A Gold Burn Event Shop will be available in-game after maintenance. Maintenance will begin on
April 7, 2025 & the Gold Burn shop will run until April 13, 2025 at 15:00 UTC

You can spend your remaining gold on rare or exclusive items before the reset!

  • Special Items Available: Various W/T/D sets, mounts that were not available before, and 2 different costume sets.
  • Hero’s Tears (HT) Conversion: You can trade 500,000 HT for 100,000 gold before the reset. Any unused HT will be deleted when Patch Version 7.0 begins.
  • Several materials will sell for more gold: If you have a surplus of these mats, you can sell them for a higher price during this event. A full list will be at the end of this post.

Changes starting in Patch 7.0

Gold will be earned differently. Death God Domain (DGD) will be removed. Instead, gold will come from all dungeons (limited by fatigue) and nests (up to 100 clears per week).

We will be using the Lucky Zone system, which will give extra rewards in certain dungeons at a weekly cycle.

  • Hero’s Tears Points will be removed. Many new players don’t have enough, and older players have too much. HT made upgrading gear harder, so we decided to remove it completely to make things simpler. Because of this, Executioner’s Arena will also be removed.
  • Play Time and Community Shops are getting revamped. All existing Play Time points will be converted to Community Points at version 7.0.
  • Existing Community Coupons will be marked as legacyand will be removed from inventories. Please spend them before the update.
  • Love of Friend will also be marked as legacy and will be removed from inventories. After v7.0, newer LoF will be (general) inventory items.
  • Guild Honour Coins will be removed from inventories since we are reworking acquisition with Diana Dungeons no longer being a thing in v7.0. You'll be able to obtain new GHC via Account Tasks.

Updates to Jackpot Exchange Shops (Infinity & Deluxe Boxes) and Gacha Boxes

We apologize for letting our monthly and seasonal rotation stagnate while we worked on v7.0. Things will be back to normal from now on!

To make it up to you, we made some big updates to our gacha boxes for v7.0!
Infinity, Deluxe, and Seasonal gacha boxes have received the following changes:

  • New crafting materials for v7.0 Hero's Journey gear
  • Various new mount gacha boxes will be introduced over time
  • Deluxe and Seasonal boxes will have increased drop rates on rare items

The rest of our planned W/T/D gacha boxes will be released over time as well, featuring many of the W/T/D sets featured in the Gold Burn event shop!

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

Starting with v7.0, all old coupons (like the Infinity Jackpot or Monthly Tickets, and Universal Pania Weapon Coupon) will be marked as (2024) legacy items.

From 7.0 onward, coupons will only be usable for the current year they're released in. So, you can still use your Universal Pania Weapon coupons at this time, but once version 7.0 arrives, they won’t work anymore.

Boxes will be updated to drop (2025) coupons moving forward.
Please spend any remaining Universal Pania Weapon Coupons/Infinity Jackpot Tickets during this final period!!!
